Their mission for the distillery was quite simple - to create the finest possible spirits.

The distillery, located on the Cradle coast of northern Tasmania just outside Devonport, distils Whisky and Gin from premium Tasmanian barley and water that originates in the Central Highlands.

+ Gin Notes:

Sandy Gray Artisan Small Batch Gin is distilled in the classic London dry style. The botanicals are macerated in premium spirit and the gin is produced in one distillation process.

Juniper and Lime is upfront with Pepperberry, Cardamom and Cassia prominent in the middle. The long palate finishes with a subtle and delicate hint of anise.

Serve with Kaffir Lime leaves.

Bottled at 46% alcohol by volume.
