Refund policy

Returns
Had a change of mind? No problem, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your product and we will arrange a refund. We will honour change of mind returns as long as the items are unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift Hampers require all items to be returned to us, refunds for partially returned items cannot be processed. All items to be considered for a refund must also be in the original packaging and have all tags and seals in place.

A $15 repacking fee will apply as all our products are individually packaged with great care.
If you intend to return a product please email us at sales@rowdin-grace.com.au and we will provide you with necessary instructions and our PO Box Address.

Return shipping is payable by the customer. If the value of the product you are shipping is over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rowdin Grace cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this will be at the sole responsibility of the customer and shipping provider.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item similar clause to above will apply. We will review this on a case by case basis to make it as economical as possible. Please send us an email at sales@rowdin-grace.com.au and we will provide you with necessary instructions and our PO Box address.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable and at our discretion). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is requested for a return more than 30 days after delivery will only be applicable to a store credit, this is at our company’s discretion and can be declined. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and condition reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of days of the credit providers to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company as well as your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@rowdin-grace.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rowdin-grace.com.au and we will provide instructions and our PO Box address.
Please include photos of defect on damage in your email for our review.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be added to your account / email address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us and we will provide our PO Box Address.
The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
