How do I place an order?

Browse through our online catalogue and add items to your cart. Once you are ready you can checkout using our safe payment methods. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is processed. 

Are my payments secure?

Yes all your contact and credit card details are secure. We will not contact you unless it's regarding your order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay & Afterpay. 

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Materials are individually steam ironed and all items are individually packaged. If your order is urgent please contact us and we will do our best to expedite the processing time. 

 Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide FREE shipping Australia wide. Express shipping costs $10.00. We also ship to New Zealand and USA - shipping costs $20 AUD. 

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order is processed we use Australia post and ship from our studio in Sydney. For most Australian cities the delivery times vary between 1-5 days. Please allow additional time for rural areas and during peak periods. 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. Depending on your Australia post preferences and contact details provided to us you will also receive tracking updates via mobile.  

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Signature on delivery is an optional extra (please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to add signature on delivery).

Do you offer express shipping?

We can offer express shipping Australia wide as an optional extra (please select $10.00 express shipping at checkout). Express shipping is not available for International orders.
